Chrissy Teigen Got Locked Out for Being Too Chatty During the ‘Game of Thrones’ Premiere

When it comes to watching season eight of Game of Thrones, John Legend and his friend, Mike Rosenthal, take the new episodes very seriously. So, the pair went to drastic measures to ensure their wives—Chrissy Teigen and Jen Atkin—wouldn’t ruin the premiere.

It all started yesterday when Teigen posted a series of videos on her Instagram Story, documenting the moment she got locked out for being too chatty.

“Mike won’t let us watch Game of Thrones because he thinks we’ll ask too many questions,” Teigen says in the video (screenshot above).

The clip features Rosenthal explaining why they want to watch the premiere sans wives. “No,” he says. “I’ve been looking forward to this for two years. Don’t take this from me!”

When Teigen asks why they aren’t allowed to watch GoT, the photographer responds, “You’re gonna ruin it!”

Although the model protested, claiming she would keep her mouth shut, the follow-up video speaks volumes. Cut to Teigen and Atkin standing outside and peering through a window at Legend, who smiles and waves before drawing the blinds shut.

“It’s locked! They locked us out!” Teigen says.

Unfortunately, the boys’ efforts were no match for the Lip Sync Battle star. In the next video, Teigen picked a lock, forced herself into the room and burst into laughter before starting a “GoT” chant.

Teigen concluded the posts with a video of herself standing in front of the TV, criticizing Jon Snow (Kit Harington). “And what’s the deal with Jon Snow!” she says. “And I mean, seriously? Seriously? Seriously? Seriously? Am I right, guys?”

For what it’s worth, we’d happily host Teigen for a GoT viewing party.
