If you love The Great British Bake Off and Nailed It!, feast your eyes on your next at-home obsession.
Introducing Netflix’s newest series: The Big Flower Fight. It’s basically a reimagined version of The Great British Bake Off—but instead of amateur bakers, it stars teams of floral experts who believe they have what it takes to win the highly coveted prize.
The streaming service just released a first-look trailer (see above), which introduces the ten teams of hopeful competitors.
According to the clip, the groups will be tasked with creating “super-size” floral arrangements that will be critiqued by head judge Kristen Griffith VanderYacht, along with a celebrity guest. Similar to Bake Off, each episode will present the teams with a different challenge, with one group getting eliminated at the end of each round.
Each team will consist of a variety of experts, including designers, sculptors and florists. After eight episodes, the winners will display one of their creations at London’s Royal Botanic Gardens, earning them major bragging rights.
In addition to VanderYacht (head judge), The Big Flower Fight will be hosted by comedians Vic Reeves and Natasia Demetriou, so prepare thyself for friendly banter.
Petal to the metal? Check. The Big Flower Fight will hit Netflix on Monday, May 18.
