Remember that iconic scene from The Office where Meredith yelled “shut up, Angela”? Prepare to feel nostalgic.
Actress Kate Flannery (Meredith) recently appeared on Josh & Ange, a YouTube baking show with Angela Kinsey (Angela—duh) and her husband, Joshua Snyder. When asked to recreate their favorite scene from the hit NBC series, Flannery and Kinsey assumed their positions and performed a segment from season three, episode 14 (titled “Ben Franklin”) as if it were yesterday.
Angela kicks things off, saying, “Under no circumstances should a man strip off his clothes in this office.”
Right on cue, Meredith chimes in with an ear-piercing “shut up, Angela!” Classic.
The Office premiered in 2005 on NBC and ran for nine seasons until its final episode in 2013. Although rumors about a potential reboot have been circulating for the past few months, the network hasn’t confirmed another season. But, hey, in the revival era of Roseanne and Sabrina the Teenage Witch, anything is possible.
