Legos: They’re just for kids, right? Wrong.
The Danish toy company is in the process of creating a line of products specifically for adults.
According to a press release, the so-called Lego Forma is designed for adults looking for a fun, engaging way to reconnect with their creative side. “Inspired by nature, Lego Forma aspires to be a new theme where you can customize with different ‘skins’—foil sheets—to create artistic interpretations of plants and animals.”
The kits contain everything you need to build a small fish skeleton and decorate it with your choice of four different skins. There’s also a crank at the base of the fish you can use to make it move around.
After raising raised $1.4 million on Indiegogo (1,334 percent of the original target), the project is currently in the prototype stage.
No offense to adult coloring books, but this seems like a much cooler way to get creative as a grown-up.
