When it came time to plan a milestone birthday, Aaron Paul’s wife, Lauren, went above and beyond.
The Breaking Bad star recently celebrated his 40th year on earth with a lavish ten-day vacation in the Dominican Republic with his closest friends and family.
More than 25 guests attended the extended birthday party, which was put together by his wife, 32. Even Paul’s Breaking Bad co-star Bryan Cranston attended the festivities, proving that Mr. White and Jesse Pinkman are still as close as ever.
Paul shared a slideshow of photos on Instagram from the trip, featuring sunset pics, a snorkeling excursion and a party where all the guests are wearing white.
He captioned the post with a lengthy message, writing, “I love my friends. My family. My god. You know who you are. I just returned from the best birthday trip of my life and I have all of them to thank for that.”
Paul went on to thank the staff at Ani Private Resorts Dominican Republic, along with his superstar wife, adding, “My magical wife planned the entire thing along with this incredible staff and turned these past 10 days into something that is impossible to explain. I adore you angel.”
The actor concluded the post with a PSA about taking a break from social media: “I had my phone locked away in my room for the entire trip and instead of my phone I had two Dos Hombres Mezcal Pina Colada’s glued to my hands at all times. It was delightful.” (See the full caption here.)
