LOCL, the swanky bar located in the NYLO hotel on the Upper West Side, is hosting a holiday pop-up bar through the end of February to the tune of Roald Dahl’s classic children’s novel (or either of its vaguely creepy movie adaptations). You may remember LOCL for its snow globe drinks that caused quite the buzz on social media last Christmas, but this year’s chocolate-factory-themed drinks might be even more snap-worthy.
From a real “Fizzy Lifting Drink” to a “Violet, You’re Turning Violet” concoction that will color your mouth blue (TBD on whether you turn into a blueberry), here’s a sneak peek of the drinks being served up in this world of pure imagination.
