Strawberry Rhubarb Rosé Sangria Tastes Like Summer in a Glass

Crisp, fruity and refreshing, sangria has everything we could ask for in a summer cocktail. But this recipe is, hands down, the best version yet. It combines strawberries, rhubarb and rosé wine for an incredible, tart blend of flavors.

What You Need:
-½ cup sugar
-½ cup water
-3 to 4 cups rhubarb, cut into 1-inch pieces
-2 cups halved strawberries
-2 limes, sliced
-1 bottle rosé
-1 splash sparkling water

Step 1: Make rhubarb simple syrup by boiling the sugar in water until it has dissolved completely. Then add the cut rhubarb to the sugar water and continue boiling for an additional 8 to 10 minutes. Remove the root and let the syrup cool completely.

Step 2: Add the strawberries and lime slices to a large jug or pitcher.

Step 3: Pour in the cooled rhubarb syrup and the rosé. Let chill for at least 4 hours.

Step 4: Pour yourself a glass and top it off with a splash of sparkling water.
