There's sushi and then there's sushi. And then there's "holy crap, this is the most incredible thing I've ever put in my mouth" SUSHI. Masaki Saito's fare at Sushi Ginza Onodera is definitely the latter. While a meal at the New York City restaurant won't come cheap (it has two Michelin stars, we might add), it does come with a show.
