  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • ½ tablespoon honey
  • Hot water
  • ½ lemon

How to Make Honey and Ginger Tea: 

Step 1: Add the ginger and honey to a mug.

Step 2: Pour in some hot water.

Step 3: Squeeze the lemon over your tea and mix well with a spoon.
