How to Make a Rosemary-Infused Champagne Cocktail That’s Utterly Fabulous

Yes, you could just pour a round of plain Champagne when cheers-ing with friends, but why not get a little fancy with this delicious rosemary-vodka cocktail instead?

What You Need:
 - Springs of fresh rosemary
 - 1 bottle of vodka
 - Ice
 - ½ ounce agave
 - ½ ounce lemon juice
 - Champagne or sparkling wine

Step 1: Stick three or four springs of rosemary in a bottle of vodka and let it sit overnight to infuse the flavor into the alcohol.

Step 2: Place ice, two ounces rosemary-infused vodka, agave and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker and give it a light shake to mix.

Step 3: Strain into a Champagne flute and fill with your favorite sparkling wine. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and enjoy.
