ICYMI: Jessica Simpson recently released her memoir, Open Book ($17 on Amazon), and it’s the talk of the town. The thing is, it’s not just her book that has everyone buzzing. The looks she’s worn on her press tour could literally stop traffic. To be fair, the 39-year-old singer/designer has always dressed well and has been incredibly glamorous since her Sweet Kisses days, but she just took it to a whole other level with the help of stylist Nicole Chavez (the same genius who styled Kristen Bell for her Frozen press tour). Here, three looks from Simpson’s book jaunt that we’re seriously vibing with.

1. Elle Woods, Reborn

The mom of three channeled her inner Legally Blonde in a Saks Pots fur trimmed belted coat (a lighter pink version is available for $1,865) and the Staud Belle jumpsuit ($345). She accessorized with pink Gucci sunnies ($335), the Alexander McQueen Tall Story tote ($2,590) and long-sold-out Yves Saint Laurent platform pumps. We definitely don’t object.

2. Head-to-toe Snake Print

Simpson made the streets of New York her catwalk, topping a Balenciaga leather jacket (a similar version is on sale for $3,600; $1,800) over an Alexander Wang NY snake print chenille dress ($795; $398). The Villa Rogue Klark boots ($275) and Gucci square-frame sunglasses ($420) were the icing on the reptilian cake.

3. Power Clashing Like A Pro

The newly-minted author pulled together all the prints for a visit to The View. She toned down a currently-not-available Giambattista Valli printed jacket with black Safiyaa pants ($630) and completed the look with a Louis Vuitton monogram ostritch Oskar Waltz handbag from the brand’s 2005 fall/winter exotics collection.

Our only question: Is that all-pink look too much for the office? Asking for a friend.
