According to Netflix's official synopsis, Haunted gives "a chilling glimpse into the first-person accounts from people who have witnessed horrifying, peculiar, extraordinary supernatural events and other unexplained phenomenons that continue to haunt them." And in case you're wondering what that means, think evil cults, demonic cats and haunted homes.
Like in previous seasons, the third will have a total of six 20 to 30-minute episodes, each of which will focus on a different story told by different people. Jan Pavlacky directed the series, while Brett-Patrick Jenkins, Howard T. Owens, Jordan Roberts and Ben Silverman served as executive producers.
Fans on social media have been quite vocal about the bone-chilling series. For instance, on Twitter, one fan wrote, "Haunted on Netflix = some f@&ked up true stories. Ahh well sleeping with the lights on tonight." Another fan tweeted, "S3 of Haunted is coming back to Netflix and I’m just thinking about the time I watched S1 & 2 getting scarred by legit almost everyone’s story."
Season three is set to premiere on Netflix on May 14.
