How to Do a Bicep Curl with a Resistance Band

Between family, work and trying to figure out what on earth everyone is going to eat for dinner, finding time for a workout sesh on top of everything else might feel like an impossibility. But if you can manage to spare ten minutes, you can do this quick and efficient arm workout. Here’s how to tone your biceps with a resistance band.

Step 1: Kneel on a yoga mat with your right leg planted at a 90-degree angle. Slip the resistance band over your right foot and position it just above the crook of your knee.

Step 2: Time to work those arms. Grab the resistance band with your right palm facing up. Keeping your elbow close to your side, engage your bicep and bring your fist up to your shoulder.

Step 3: Do eight to ten reps before switching to the left side.
