We live for summer treats, and ice pops rank pretty high on our list. Rather than buying sugar-filled ones from the grocery store, try making your own instead. These paradise pops require only four ingredients and have a fruity yet creamy taste, thanks to the addition of Dole® Canned 100% Pineapple Juice (plus other fresh fruit) and vanilla yogurt.
12 oz low-fat vanilla yogurt
8 oz frozen blueberries and/or strawberries
4 ripe bananas, sliced
1. Combine pineapple juice, yogurt, berries and bananas in blender container. Cover; blend until smooth.
2. Pour into popsicle molds, and freeze at least four hours.
