But it looks like we’re already late to the game on Riri’s latest trend, because the fashion icon was spotted wearing two different trench-coat-inspired dresses before we even managed to wear one. And she did it all over the course of just a few hours. Damn.
Rihanna attended two events in Dubai last night to promote her Fenty Beauty line and, like many stars are wont to do, she did a quick outfit change on her way to the second affair. Except, in a true sartorial twist, both outfits featured caramel-hued trench dresses.
To the untrained eye these two ensembles might look about as different at the turquoise belts Andy so foolishly scoffed at in The Devil Wears Prada, but Riri knows as well as Miranda Priestly just how distinctive they really are.
