These New Beauty Wipes Are Like Dry Shampoo, Deodorant and a Shower On-the-Go

Early a.m. Pilates to back-to-back meetings to happy hour to dinner: There’s literally zero time to fit in a shower. (Gross but true.)

New beauty brand RECESS understands the struggle, which is why they just launched a product line for busy folks on-the-go (read: all of us). The line, which consists of three unisex wipes—one for cleansing, one for deodorant and one for hair-blotting—is made with clean, biodegradable ingredients and is meant to mimic a post-workout gym shower (but without the whole waiting in line and spending 30 minutes in the locker room deal).

The Hair 101 Blotters contain naturally detoxifying charcoal and are meant to be rubbed along the hairline and down the scalp’s part, so it’s basically dry shampoo without a bulky metal aerosol can. The face-cleansing wipes contain soothing aloe and eucalyptus, moisturizing hyaluronic acid and redness-reducing caffeine and chamomile, while the deodorant wipes are aluminum-, sulfate- and paraben-free. Each kind is $26 for a pack of 15 individually wrapped wipes.

Hey, a little extra time spent not in a locker-room shower is a big win in our book.
