Meghan Markle has signed up for yet another summit. However, this time, instead of delivering a speech, she’s conducting an interview.

Yep. According to a Glamour exclusive, the Duchess of Sussex will close out a virtual summit from The 19th*, a new nonprofit, nonpartisan newsroom focused on gender and politics, with an interview with its co-founder and CEO Emily Ramshaw.

“The 19th*’s commitment to reporting and storytelling that lifts up those who are too often underrepresented in the media has never been more important,” Markle told Glamour. “I’m looking forward to asking the co-founder what it means to build a media outlet with gender equity, diversity and community at its core.”

The event, which will take place next week, will feature a series of live-streamed conversations between prominent women in politics, civics, journalism and the arts. The 39-year-old royal will close out the series when she interviews Ramshaw on the 14th.

Per Glamour, the Q&A session will focus on the motivations behind the former executive editor of the Texas Tribune’s launch of the 19th*. According to the official description of the conversation, Ramshaw will be asked about “creating a transformative newsroom centered on gender equity.”

The latest venture comes a month after Markle gave a virtual keynote speech at the U.N. Foundation’s 2020 Girl Up Leadership Summit.

During the speech, she encouraged women to be the voice of the next generation. “They know that all of you, at a younger age than any modern comparison, are setting the tone for an equitable humanity. Not figuratively, literally. This is a humanity that desperately needs you. To push it, to push us, forcefully in a more inclusive, more just, and more empathetic direction.”

So, even though she won’t necessarily be giving the advice this time around, we’re sure she’ll still deliver some wise words.
