By now we all know that Black Panther completely dominated the movie landscape in 2018. But thanks to one breakout stars’s appearance in a handful of the year’s biggest blockbusters, she was just named the highest box-office earning actor of 2018.
According to Fandango, Letitia Wright, who played Shuri in the hit Marvel film and also appeared in Avengers: Infinity War, Ready Player One and The Commuter, hit it big with $1.55 billion in box-office revenue last year. But the 25-year-old actress hasn’t exactly enjoyed the fruits of her lucrative labor. So she poked fun at the accolade in ten totally relatable words.
