Leave it to Jennifer Garner to always put a smile on our faces, even when she’s being crushed beneath a giant canine.
The Camping actress’s latest installment of her ongoing Instagram series, Books with Birdie (where she reads children’s books to her fur baby, a gorgeous golden retriever named Birdie), is about as silly as it gets.
In the video posted to Instagram, Garner reads The Book with No Pictures by BJ Novak, and we must say, Birdie is seriously patient (and possibly even a big Novak fan?) as he sits politely and listens to the children’s book (while the mom of three plays with his soft ears and paws).
In the end, though, Birdie seems to have had enough of storytelling time and leaves Garner’s lap for a well-deserved nap on the floor.
