Jennifer Garner Got an Early Birthday Gift When This Celebrity Showed Up to Surprise Her

This weekend, Jennifer Garner is celebrating a major birthday milestone, as she's turning the big 5-0. And while we'll be honoring Garner's big day by marathoning our favorite movies of hers, like 13 Going on 30 and Valentine's Day, it seems the actress has found her own way of ringing in another year around the sun.

In a new Instagram post, Garner revealed that she received a surprise gift from singer Donny Osmond. “My first (pre)birthday surprise was a doozy,” Garner wrote in the caption of her video. “The one and only, legend in his own time, object of my childhood adoration and devotion—@donnyosmond showed up to knock my purple socks off. He took an hour and a half of his day to sit with me, sing my favorites, and to give me a master class on how to be a class act. Thank you, Donny. Hi, @marieosmond. [smiley emoji]. I hope to meet you someday, Debbie.”

In the video, we can see that Garner is sitting at a table watching a surprise video that Osmond filmed for her, but then, the singer walks up behind Garner and surprises her with another birthday serenade, leading the actress to jump up and hug him. She then pulls off her sweater and says, “I'm so hot.”

Garner then shows off a cake that Osmond brought her, which says, “13 Going on 50! Love Donny!” It also featured a throwback photo of her.

At the end of the video, Garner and Osmond sing a duet of “Make the World Go Away” by Eddy Arnold.

Fellow celebs sent their wishes to Garner, like Candace Nelson, who said, “Epic!!!!!!!!! Happy birthday!!!” Diane Keaton added a series of laughing emojis and said, “HAPPY BIRTHDAY @jennifer.garner.”

Happy early birthday, Jen!
