Throw out those New Year’s resolutions (and hide your wallet), because Girl Scout cookie season is officially underway, and there’s a new gluten-free option in town.
The season begins today, January 2, with the brand-new caramel chocolate chip cookie added to the original lineup.
The classic chocolate chip cookie got a makeover with semisweet chips, swirls of caramel and a sprinkling of sea salt (!!). Plus, it’s the third gluten-free cookie the Girl Scouts have released, and the first new cookie in two years. So, yeah, it’s a really big deal.
Now we just need to figure out which wine to pair with these…
