‘Bachelor’ Exclusive: Cassie Randolph & Colton Underwood Have Said Goodbye to Lavish Dates in Favor of Netflix & Chill

In their post-Bachelor lives, Cassie Randolph and boyfriend Colton Underwood have said they’ve loved traveling and sharing new experiences together. But when it comes to date night, the Bachelor couple likes to keep things very Netflix and chill.

Randolph, 24, offered PureWow a glimpse into date night with her and her 27-year-old beau while we chatted at the ASTR the Label pop-up shop opening at the Grove in Los Angeles. (PS: She had her eye on the ASTR Fauna coat, $188, at the pop-up and plans to add it to her fall wardrobe.)

As she explained, her date night looks an awful lot like ours. “We either stay in and binge-watch Netflix together and [order] Postmates all the time, or we like walking to different restaurants from my apartment or his place,” she revealed, adding, “We just kind of stay low-key and try to keep it as chill as possible. It’s gotten a lot calmer from the end of the show.”

When it comes to their Netflix viewing preferences, the couple surprisingly goes the sci-fi route. We didn’t see that coming.

Randolph explained, “Right now, we’re binge-watching Continuum. It’s a futuristic show. It got really sci-fi at the end but it’s good though. [Actually] I don’t know if it’s good or if we’re just hooked.”

For those interested, it’s a Canadian series that centers on Detective Kiera Cameron (Rachel Nichols), a cop from 2077, who relies on technology to catch a group of deadly criminals.

And when Randolph isn’t in a sci-fi crime thriller mood, she says she turns to a much-beloved HBO show to decompress. She said, “I’ve been watching Big Little Lies by myself though and I’m obsessed. I have two more episodes left and I’m yelling at my TV all the time. I’m going to go on a tangent if we don’t stop talking about it.” We feel you, Cassie.

There’s nothing like the ladies of Monterey…unless a futuristic cop is more your thing.
