Pregnant Carrie Underwood Can No Longer Tie Her Shoes, but She’s Got a Genius Solution

Parenting is all about multitasking—just ask Carrie Underwood.

The 35-year-old pregnant “Cry Pretty” singer revealed she’s no longer able to tie her shoes (ugh, that dreaded third trimester), so she’s tasked her 3-year-old son, Isaiah, with the job. Now all he has to do is figure out how to do it. Underwood shared an Instagram video of Isaiah and her husband, Mike Fisher, teaming up to tackle their new chore.

She captioned the video, “I can no longer tie my own shoes…So glad I have such sweet helpers.”

While Fisher is a bit better at the whole shoe-tying thing, little Isaiah is definitely catching on thanks to his parents’ clever hands-on approach. And with a couple of more months to go before Underwood gives birth, there’s plenty of time for him to nail the bunny ear method.

Brava, Carrie Underwood, for killing two birds with one stone shoelace.
