Major congratulations are in order for Cardi B and her husband, Offset. The couple is officially expecting their second child together, as revealed during their special performance at last night’s BET Awards.
On Sunday, the “She Bad” singer took the stage with her husband’s music group, Migos. For the occasion, Cardi opted for an embroidered Dolce & Gabbana bodysuit, featuring a sheer midriff that showcased her growing baby bump. And she looked absolutely fabulous…okkurrt?
After the performance, the rapper shared her exciting news on her personal social media account. “#2! @offsetyrn,” the 28-year-old captioned an Instagram post of herself posing with a painted belly.
We weren't the only ones thrilled for the couple. Fans, followers and fellow celebrities filled the comments section with congratulations and well-wishes. Selena Gomez wrote, “Another angel LOVE YOU MOMMA!” while Lala Anthony added, “Congratulations, soooo beautiful.” Oh, and we should also probably mention that the post raked in over 11 million likes.
Unfortunately, no word yet on how far along the Hustlers actress is or whether or not the duo is having a boy or a girl. (We’ll be constantly refreshing both of their IG pages for updates.)
The couple are already parents to daughter Kulture Kiari, who turns three next month. Cardi announced Kulture’s arrival via Instagram back in 2018 with a super-glam prenatal shot. This will be Cardi’s second child and Offset’s fifth. He also has two sons, Jordan and Kody, and a daughter, Kalea Marie, from past relationships. The couple secretly wed in September 2018.
