While we know nothing beats ice cream, one of our favorite parts about the dessert is biting into those soft squishy clumps of cookie dough hidden in the layers of creamy goodness.
That’s why the two men in our lives, Ben and Jerry, are making all of our undercooked dreams a reality with their newest product: Bags of snackable cookie dough. The half-pound bags, which you store in the freezer next to your Ben & Jerry’s pints, cost $5 and come in two flavors: peanut butter chocolate chip and regular chocolate chip.
“Wait a minute!” you say. “Won’t I just feel sick to my stomach after eating a bag full of raw eggs?” Thanks to heat-treated flour and pasteurized eggs, they’re totally safe to eat—even all in one sitting (hey, we won’t judge).
The only catch: These bags of heaven are only available in Vermont (fun fact: where the ice cream was founded), but that won’t last long. If the test run is successful, the cookie dough will launch nationwide soon.
