We Think We Know the Big ‘Bachelor’ Finale Twist & It Involves a Former Bachelorette

It’s no secret that Peter Weber’s season of The Bachelor has been filled with unnecessary drama. While the 28-year-old pilot tried to eliminate the bad apples, we can’t stop thinking about one moment ABC has been teasing all season long: Who’s responsible for the finale twist?

The scene (which has been featured in every single promo) takes place during what appears to be the final rose ceremony. It shows Chris Harrison dropping a bombshell on Weber, saying, “There’s something I just found out. All of us just found out. I’m not sure how all this ends, so I just wanted to give you a heads up.”

Since Weber says it’s “the last thing I needed to hear,” we’re assuming that someone crashes the finale and tries to talk to him. While it sounds like an Alayah move, we don’t think it’s so simple. In fact, we’re convinced the mystery guest isn’t an eliminated contestant at all…but a former Bachelorette, Hannah Brown.

We know, we know. The 25-year-old beauty queen already had her chance when she hosted the group date in episode two. (ICYMI: Brown broke down in tears and confessed that she made a mistake when she sent home Weber on The Bachelorette.)

Still, we find it extremely hard to believe that the producers would bring Brown on the show, air the drama that ensues and then completely drop it.

Why? Because people actually wanted to watch the show when she was on it. While not everyone agreed with Brown’s return, it attracted a lot of fan attention. And if we’ve learned anything from past seasons, it’s that ABC won’t pass up an opportunity to capitalize…even if it means breaking Brown’s heart (again).

So, is Brown stealing Weber back? Or is she returning to give her stamp of approval? Hopefully we get some answers when The Bachelor returns tonight at 8 p.m.
