The New Cherry Blossom Starbucks Frappuccino Is Everything You Love About Spring
We’ll take a venti, thanks
Just when you thought spring would never, ever come, Starbucks releases a drink that’s everything we love about the season and more.
It’s called the Cherry Blossom Frappuccino and it’s inspired by the Japanese sakura tradition, which basically honors the delicate pink blooms--Japan’s national flower--as a symbol of renewal and simplicity. The best part? It’s available now.
This means you don’t have to wait until the first day of spring (which is March 20, wahoo!) to sip this happy, pink beverage--a delicious blend of sweet strawberries and cream with white chocolate sauce and matcha drizzle, according to Starbucks. Did we mention it’s topped with whipped cream?
It’s in stores for only a week. Get it before it’s hot.
