On Thursday, the Duke of Sussex made a virtual appearance in support of mental health and employee coaching startup Better Up. As part of their Inner Work Day, Prince Harry and Williams both spoke about the importance of mental fitness.

In a video posted to the Better Up Instagram account, Harry said, "Mental fitness is the pinnacle, is what you're aiming for. And the road towards that is...it can be really bumpy." He continued, "It's called inner work for a reason," stressing that while it might not be easy, it is important to continue that work.
In addition to sharing his important message, the duke also showed off a new, shorter haircut. The shorter, fluffier cut stands in contrast to his last major public appearance, which took place back in November in New York City.
For that event, Harry could be seen sporting longer, fuller hair as he walked the red carpet with his wife, Meghan Markle. He donned a similar 'do for his 2021 family Christmas card where we were blessed with a glimpse of Archie and baby Lilibet.
The Duke of Sussex joined Better Up back in March of 2021. At the time, he said, "I firmly believe that focusing on and prioritizing our mental fitness unlocks potential and opportunity that we never knew we had inside of us. As the Royal Marine Commandos say, ‘It’s a state of mind.’ We all have it in us."
He continued, "Self-optimization is not about fixing something that’s broken. It’s about becoming the best version of ourselves, with whatever life throws at us—someone who is ready for the next challenge and can meet setbacks with courage, confidence, and self-awareness. This is what BetterUp is making possible, and I look forward to being on this journey with you."
Great to see you back in action, Harry!
