It’s been three weeks since This Is Us took a far-too-long hiatus, but it appears we aren’t the only ones who are ready for tonight’s episode of the popular NBC series.
Mandy Moore (Rebecca) and Chrissy Metz (Kate) recently celebrated the show’s highly anticipated return by sharing a series of photos and videos on Instagram.
Moore kicked things off with a slideshow of pics, featuring stills and a trailer that confirms tonight’s installment will feature an unexpected twist. Gulp.
She captioned the post, “YES, we are back tonight! #ThisIsUs.”
Metz also shared a photo of Jack (Milo Ventimiglia) and Rebecca lying in bed and wrote, “We all remember things differently... #thisisus.”
Although we don’t know much about tonight’s episode, we do know it’s a continuation of season three, episode 11, titled “Songbird Road: Part One.” The previous installment showed Kate, Kevin (Justin Hartley) and Randall (Sterling K. Brown) meeting Jack’s brother, Nick (Griffin Dunne), for the very first time. Up next? It’s Rebecca’s turn to face the music.
