It’s been two years since Wells Adams and Sarah Hyland went public with their relationship. And now, the (sorta) Bachelor Nation couple is giving fans what they’ve been waiting for: an engagement.
Yesterday, the couple announced that they’re engaged by sharing a series of photos and videos on Instagram. The Bachelor in Paradise bartender, 35, kicked things off with an ugly-cry-worthy proposal video, featuring the moment he got down on one knee.
He captioned the post with lyrics from “Johnny and June” by Drew Holcomb & The Neighbors: “I’ll be Johnny, you be June. But forever.”
The Modern Family actress, 28, also celebrated the news on her personal Instagram account. While Hyland shared a slideshow of photos from the big day, we can’t take our eyes off her stunning oval-cut diamond ring.
She even wrote a caption quoting one of our favorite Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen movies, It Takes Two: “That can’t eat, can’t sleep, reach for the stars, over the fence, world series kind of stuff.”
Wells commented on his fiancée’s post, writing, “It takes two! Well five including the doggos! Love you more bab…fiancé!”
Adams and Hyland started dating in 2017 when the BiP star slid into the actress’s DMs. (Seriously.) Since then, they haven’t been shy about documenting their whirlwind romance on social media.
Although the lovebirds haven’t announced any wedding details, we have no doubt that Chris Harrison already has a few ideas up his sleeve.
