You know what’s delicious? Greek yogurt. But you know what’s expensive? Um, Greek yogurt. So instead of paying an inflated price for the thicker, creamier stuff, make your own at home with this easy overnight trick. (Best of all, it won’t cost you a thing.)
What you need: Full-fat yogurt, a colander, a bowl and two coffee filters.
What you do: Line the inside of the colander with the two coffee filters stacked one on top of the other. Place the colander on top of the bowl. Pour the yogurt into the filters, allowing the moisture in the yogurt to drip into the bowl. Put the whole thing in the fridge overnight, and when you wake up, you’ll have thick and creamy Greek yogurt waiting for you.
Then what? Eat it. Ideally with fruit and granola.
