Sarah Ferguson Shares Never-Before-Seen Wedding Photo of Princess Eugenie (and Reveals Her Nickname)

Princess Eugenie’s mother, Sarah Ferguson, celebrated her daughter’s birthday in the best way possible—by sharing a never-before-seen photo from her wedding day. And it's absolutely stunning.

Eugenie rang in her 30th birthday on Monday, and her mother, the Duchess of York, shared a behind-the-scenes snap of her daughter beaming in her bridal gown and emerald tiara. And by the looks of the photo, it seems it was taken by Fergie herself.

“My favourite photograph just for her mum on her wedding day..and my little girl is 30 today and Happy Birthday my little magic dust,” the proud mom captioned the post. “My little magic dust” is quite the nickname.

The pic gives us quite an up-close look at her gown and tiara. Princess Eugenie opted for a modern gown, with an open back and a folded neckline on the shoulders designed by London-based Peter Pilotto. As for her emerald and diamond tiara, it served as the bride's "something borrowed" from her grandmother Queen Elizabeth. The Greville Emerald Kokoshnik tiara dates back to 1919 and features an enormous 93.70-carat emerald at its center and three smaller emeralds on either side.

The younger of Prince Andrew's daughters married Jack Brooksbank on October 12, 2018, in front of quite the royal guest list. In addition to Ferguson, Queen Elizabeth (grandma), Prince Philip (grandpa), Prince Andrew (father), Princess Beatrice (sister) and Prince Charles (uncle) were also in attendance. Prince William, Kate Middleton, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle even made an appearance.

Fergie, if you’re reading this, keep the throwback photos coming.
