We’ll always have a place in our heart for classic ice-cream sundae toppings like sprinkles and hot fudge. But what about a decadent white chocolate shell? Uh, yes please! Here’s our recipe for this magically delicious ice-cream topping.
What You Need:
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons refined coconut oil
- Ice cream
Step 1: Combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave the mixture in 20-second increments, stirring well in between until the ingredients have combined to form one smooth mixture.
Step 2: Set aside and let the mixture cool to room temperature.
Step 3: Grab a bowl of ice cream and pour the Magic Shell over the top. Wait for the shell to harden before cracking it with a spoon and digging in.
