What you need: A pair of wool socks and that so-new-they’re-still-in-the-box pair of heels
What you do: Starting at least three days before your holiday party, put on the socks, then your heels and walk around the house for at least 20 minutes a day.
Why it works: The socks help break in the leather by stretching it out in the shape of your foot.
