Zendaya Follows Up Eye-Popping Tennis Ball High Heels with Tennis Ball Gown

I have to take a moment to admire Zendaya’s latest Challengers press ‘fit because yes, it’s that fab.

After attending the official premiere of her new movie Challengers in Los Angeles on April 16, the 27-year-old actress did the ol’ outfit switcheroo and changed into a custom tennis ball gown for the film’s afterparty, which took place at Funke in Beverly Hills.

As shown below, the award-winning actress (per People) took inspiration from the upcoming film and stepped out wearing a neon green dress designed by Celia Kritharioti with a plunging neckline and a bright green tennis ball fastened at the waistline. While her caramel brown hair was pulled up into a high bun, she paired the gorgeous ensemble with diamond earrings.

This look is just one of many tennis-inspired looks that Zendaya has rocked during the Challengers press tour. Another one of my faves would have to be the actress’s tennis ball heels, which she recently wore during a photocall in Rome.

The Euphoria star turned heads (per usual) in a silver dress that included another plunging neckline and pleated skirt. But the real star of the show? It would have to be her stylish white pumps, which featured miniature green tennis balls toward the end of the high heel.

Challengers follows a former tennis player named Tashi (Zendaya), who tries to help her tennis champion husband out of a losing streak. Her grand solution? Persuade him to compete in a tournament with his former best friend, Patrick, who also happens to be Tashi’s former boyfriend. FYI, the movie will be released in theaters by Amazon MGM Studios on April 26, 2024.

If you ask me, Zendaya can do no wrong in the fashion department.
