Fresh off the heels of Nicole Kidman's big announcement about when we can expect Big Little Lies season two to air (June, ICYMI), we got another treat. This time, in the form of a new HBO promo spot that premiered during the 2019 Golden Globes.
The minute-long trailer glosses over all the network's upcoming shows, including Big Little Lies. In it, Mary Louise Wright (Meryl Streep) says, "I want to know what happened that night," before we see a shot of the Monterey women in all their costumed glory during a jail lineup (which we can only assume is from the night her son, Perry Wright, died).
Yep, things aren't looking good for Celeste (or Madeline or Jane or Bonnie or Renata). Mothers-in-law, amIright?!
