Camilla Parker Bowles Stuck to the All-White Dress Code at Wimbledon—or Did She?

In case you’re unfamiliar, Wimbledon—arguably the most prestigious tennis tournament in the world—has a strict dress code: Players must wear head-to-toe white on the courts. (FYI, that’s white, not cream or off-white.) Spectators, on the other hand, can don whatever color they want.

So naturally, Duchess of Cornwall Camilla Parker Bowles just showed up to this year’s tourney looking the part because why the hell not.

Parker Bowles—who enjoyed the day's events seated in the royal box next to her sister Annabel—wore what looks a lot like a white, embroidered V-neck dress. But wait! It's actually off-white if you look closely. In our minds, this was a subtle way for her to stick it to the man.

The duchess paired her chic and not-white dress with a string of pearls, matching pearl earrings, nude pumps and Ray-Ban sunglasses.

Last week, Meghan Markle also paid a royal visit to the championship, cheering on her good friend Serena Williams from the stands. But she opted for a much more casual ensemble, pairing a white pinstripe blazer with jeans and a black top.

With either look, you can’t go wrong. You’re a duchess sitting in the royal box at Wimbledon, after all.
