This Ingenious $15 Tool Cleans Your Whisk in 2 Seconds

You could pass the whisk to your five-year-old to lick clean (but remember the raw egg?) or you could shell out 14 bucks for a Whisk Wiper and never have to worry about cleaning those annoying prongs again.

Here’s how it works: Slide the plastic disk over the prongs of your whisk or KitchenAid attachment before you use it. Once your ingredients are whipped up, you simply slip the disk off. As it slides down, the handy little contraption pushes all of the extra batter or frosting back into your bowl—where it belongs—leaving your whisk shiny and clean. So satisfying.

And guys, that’s not all. Hold your whisk upright, and the disk will prevent any drips from falling on your hand or on the counter. Oh, and did we mention it comes in eight different colors?

Time to whip up that cake recipe you’ve had your eye on.
