Your Weekly Horoscopes: March 5 to 11, 2023

It’s a busy week! On the 7th, there’s a full moon in Virgo. Full moons are culminations, and in a scrupulous earth sign, this one makes sure there are zero loose ends. We’re wrapping up not only what’s transpired since the new moon in Pisces on February 20th, but also all that’s been unfolding since Mars went into Gemini back in August.

On the same day—actually, less than an hour after the full moon—Saturn, the planet of structure, moves into Pisces, the sign of the deep sea. This is the beginning of a three-year transit through February 2026. You might be thinking that form-focused Saturn has nothing to do with formless Pisces, and in many ways, you’re correct! But this transit is meant to solve these kinds of puzzles. For the next few years, we’re going to be challenged to build oceans of compassion, codify long-held mysteries and develop discipline amid the unknown. If you were born between 1994-1996, 1964-1967 or 1935-37, this ingress marks the beginning of your Saturn Return. You’ll be joining Harry Styles, Keanu Reeves and Bjork on this cosmic coming-of-age journey.

Gemini (May 21 - June 20)

The full moon in Virgo on the 7th falls in your home and family sector, calling your attention to the sacrifices you’ve made to get ahead over the last few months. This week’s mantra: “Root.”

Cancer (June 21 - July 22)

The full moon in Virgo on the 7th falls in your schedule and communication zone, bringing attention to how overwhelming your day-to-day has become. The solution might be getting more specific about what goals and projects are worth committing to for the long haul. You can’t do it all at once, so choose where you’d like to begin.

This week’s mantra: “Fresh.”

Leo (July 23 - Aug 22)

The full moon in Virgo on the 7th falls in your money sector, highlighting just how much your finances have fluctuated over the last few months. Though it feels overwhelming, the idea right now is to consolidate debts, release recurring expenses and ask for support in the process. The first step to healing is identifying the problem.

This week’s mantra: “Resource.”

Virgo (August 23 - September 23)

The full moon on the 7th is in your sign and has you feeling sensitive about your image, identity or health. Throwing yourself into everyone else’s problems is only satisfying for so long.

This week’s mantra: “Full moon, full me.”

Libra (September 23 - October 21)

This week’s mantra: “Present.”

Scorpio (October 22 - November 21)

This week’s mantra: “Enough.”

Sagittarius (November 22 - December 21)

The full moon in Virgo on the 7th falls in your career and visibility zone, marking a breakthrough moment for your public life. What you’ve been grinding away at since August is finally paying off. This week’s mantra: “Arrive.”

Capricorn (December 22 - January 19)

Whether you’re presenting, publishing or traveling, it’s just as exciting as it is exhausting. It might be time to prune some obligations to free up your schedule. Some ideas of what to cut: 4 p.m. Friday meetings, overly complicated meal prep or idealistic half marathon training.

This week’s mantra: “Streamline.”

Aquarius (January 20 - February 18)

The full moon in Virgo on the 7th falls in your shared resources sector, illuminating both the financial and emotional baggage that have been holding you back. Now’s the time to make space to thrive in your next era.

This week’s mantra: “Clear.”

Pisces (February 19 - March 20)
