It’s week three of “new year, new you,” and you're ready for a serious challenge. Alyssa is here to show you the two best exercises for toning and tightening your abs.
Step 1: First up, bicycle crunches. Start with your hands behind your head and your feet raised about a foot off the ground. Bend your right leg and bring your knee toward your chest as you bring your left elbow in to meet it. Now straighten your right leg and bring your left in to meet your right elbow.
Step 2: Next is the low plank hip dip. Start in plank position with your feet a few inches apart and your elbows lined up with your shoulders. Keeping your core tight, dip your right hip to the ground, then your left hip.
