Yep, according to researchers, women’s brains are actually more complex, making us amazing multitaskers blessed with the ability to react flexibly to ever-changing circumstances. The only problem is that a lack of sleep takes a serious toll on our well-being.

The solution? Go to bed when you’re tired and get up when you’re rested. And definitely make your husband do that final dog walk.
