The way to get lean and healthy is lots of targeted exercise and balanced meals. For, like, ever. But those of us who want fast results--and are willing to work for them--know that we’ll have to really bust a move. Which translates boot camp. We’ve put together some programs, from four days to six weeks in length, that include diet and fitness.

If You Have 4 Days...
Hit the Ranch 4.0 at the Four Seasons Westlake Village. You’ll have 8 hours of rigorous exercise a day including a four-hour morning hike, gym classes and daily yoga. And you’ll get to eat 1,400 calories a day of vegetarian fare. The price is steep ($4,100); however, you do get to sleep in a Four Seasons and have daily massages.

If You Have 7 Days...
Challenge yourself to the week-long boot camp led by Lacey Stone. The tall blonde trains celebs like Mary-Louise Parker and is a celebrity herself to regulars at her Flywheel spin class. Her #7DaysStraight program ($590) requires participants to pledge to forgo alcohol, eat gluten- and meat-free meals home delivered from Paleta, and take once or twice-daily spin or exercise classes. Stone’s regimen is great for people who want to challenge themselves a lot but can’t take a whole week away from family and work.

If You Have 14 Days...
Meant for yoga practitioners who want to mix up their workout, CorePower Yoga’s boot camp ($399) includes six-times-a-week high-intensity strength-training classes as well as weekly heated mat-based core workouts. You’ll also get nutritional guidance.

If You Have 21 Days...
East Coast-developed Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp is all about using the great outdoors for its workouts. The 21-day NutriBullet Detox ($310) requires that you give up alcohol and sugar, and asks you to replace two meals or snacks daily with a shake made in your new blender (included in the price). Ten classes are included in the detox, hour-long sessions which include running, high-intensity interval training and strength training with resistance bands on the beach.

Learn how to throw a punch as well as tone your tummy with the bikini bootcamp ($250) at Foxy and Fierce. Unlimited weekly Muay Thai kickboxing, private and semi-private coaching, nutritional consultation and weekly weigh-ins are part of the deal.
