When you’re in a workout slump, nothing can persuade you to roll out of bed and put on a sports bra (not even that cute SoulCycle instructor). If the idea of dragging yourself through the same old exercise routine is beginning to feel like torture, it’s time to treat yourself to a yoga cruise.
