What you need: Cinnamon powder, honey, lemon juice.

What you do: Combine a half tablespoon of cinnamon powder, a small drop of honey and the juice from two lemons. Pour a cup of warm water over the top to melt the mixture, and stir until the ingredients are evenly dissolved throughout. Voilà--your very own homemade mouth rinse.
