Ordering food, outsourcing laundry, booking a nail appointment…there is an app for pretty much everything. And now, there’s one to make sure that you get enough sleep each night.

Fitbit, the maker of those trendy fitness-tracking devices, recently rolled out a new feature in its app that creates a customized sleep schedule for you. All you need to do is wear your Fitbit to bed.

Most Fitbit devices (except for the Zip) already track your sleep--more specifically, how much you sleep. But with the new Sleep Schedule feature, it will take that data and use it to give you suggestions on the optimal amount of sleep you need daily and offer bedtimes and wake-up times to ensure that you reach those goals. Plus, there’s no need to set an alarm anymore. The device will gently vibrate when it’s time to rise and shine.
