When it comes to breakfasts that taste like a decadent dessert and are secretly good for you, we’re all in. But you don’t have to shell out the big bucks at a juice shop to get your fix. This triple-berry smoothie bowl is spoonable and refreshing, not to mention impossibly easy to make at home.

We like the flavor you get from blending equal parts blueberries, strawberries and raspberries, but feel free to adjust the ratios to your own taste. However, we don’t recommend blending the blackberries since they’re seedy and can make the texture gritty (unless, of course, you like seeds).

Ingredients

1 frozen banana

1 cup blueberries

1 cup strawberries

1 cup raspberries

¼ cup Greek yogurt

½ cup ice

¼ cup blackberries

2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds

2 tablespoons granola

1 tablespoon flaxseeds

Directions

1. In a blender, combine the banana, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, Greek yogurt and ice; blend until smooth.

2. Divide the smooth between two bowls; top each with blackberries, pumpkin seeds, granola and flaxseeds.
