Peanut Butter and Banana Sushi

We came up with a New Year's resolution for you: Start packing your kids a lunchbox that will make them happy and healthy. Like this recipe for peanut butter and banana "sushi," courtesy of nutritionist Daniela Neman. It'll fill them up and give them the energy they need to take on the day. But the best part: they'll be excited to eat it.

1 "sushi" roll

1 whole-grain tortilla or wrap

2 tablespoons all-natural peanut butter

1 banana, peeled

Pinch of cinnamon

1 to 2 tablespoons granola

1. Spread the peanut butter on the whole grain wrap. 

2. Lay the banana flat in the middle of the wrap.

3. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon and a little granola on top of the banana, then roll it up. Cut the "sushi" roll into 6 to 8 pieces. Store in an air-tight container.
