Let us set the scene: You’re sitting on the porch enjoying the warm afternoon sun while sipping on sweet-tasting Baileys Almande poured over fruity coconut water ice cubes. Sounds perfect, doesn’t it? Well, here’s your chance to make it a reality.

Makes 1 serving
Start to Finish: 4 hours (includes freezing time)

Ingredients

1 cup berries (raspberries, blueberries, sliced strawberries or a mixture), plus more for garnish

2 tablespoons small mint leaves, plus more for garnish

1 to 1½ cups Vita Coco coconut water (depending on the size of your ice-cube tray)

2 ounces Baileys Almande

Directions

1. Divide the berries among the cavities of an ice-cube tray. Place 1 or 2 small mint leaves alongside the berries in each.

2. Pour the coconut water over the berries and mint, up to the top of each cavity. Transfer to the freezer and chill until totally frozen, 3 to 3½ hours. (Note: The ice cubes can be made up to two weeks ahead.)

3. Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the Baileys Almande over the ice and serve immediately.
