1. In the bowl of a food processor (or a blender), add the mint, cilantro, olive oil, ginger, garlic, lemon juice and salt and pepper, to taste, and puree until smooth. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
2. Spread the Sabra Classic Hummus onto a shallow serving plate, then top with the mint mixture, swirling it artfully into the hummus. Serve with naan and assorted vegetables as an appetizer, or as a base for mains such as lamb or beef.
