Baileys Almande Strawberry Pineapple Frozen Cocktail

You already know that no party is complete without a fully stocked bar cart. Now, one-up yourself by crafting a crowd-pleasing frozen cocktail with Baileys Almande. It’s not only refreshing and delicious (pineapple and strawberries and coconut…oh my) but also dairy and gluten free and you can whip it up in large batches fit for a particularly eager crowd.

Ingredients

1 cup sliced strawberries

1 cup diced pineapple

¾ cup coconut water

1 tablespoon agave

2 ounces Baileys Almande

1 cup ice

Strawberry, for garnish (optional)

Directions

1. In a blender, puree the strawberries with the pineapple, coconut water and agave.

2. Add the Baileys Almande and ice, and puree until the mixture is thick and smooth.

3. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately, garnished with a strawberry on the rim, if desired.
